You will be emailed a set of instructions in order for you to unlock the phone for which you enter details.

You are responsible for making sure you can accept email from this email address. The unlocking code and instructions relate only to this phone and should not be used on any other phone.

Unlock Instructions: You need to enter the unlock code into your phone by following these instructions;
1. Remove your sim card. This is usually found under your battery (See your hand book for more info).
2. Turn phone on
3. When the phone asks you to insert a sim card type in the code

To enter special characters:

Start with "#" and end with "#"
To access "p" press "*" three times within one second.
To access "w" press "*" four times within one second.
To access "+" press "*" twice within less than a second.
Type the code in with no spaces eg, #pw+1234567890+1#
After pressing the last # key the phone should now be unlocked.


WARNING: You have only 3-5 attempts depending on the handset, after that only a cable/hardware clip solution will help you! We will not be held liable for your costs if this happens.

Do not worry, you CANNOT damage your phone by entering the incorrect code more than 3-5 times! Its just that you will not be able to unlock it even with a correct code. The code you are given is what you are purchasing. A1Unlocking.co.uk cannot be held liable or responsible for any failure to make the code unlock the phone due to any deviation from the strict instructions above, or for any subsequent failiure of the phone as a result of entering the unlock codes.

The unlocking process may restore your phone to its original settings. You need to be aware that if you have contact details stored on the phone (rather than the SIM card), these may be cleared. A1Unlocking.co.uk will not be liable for any removal of data or details from your phone.

We provide a unlocking service for Mobile Phones, We do not reprogram IMEI or sell IMEI changing software or similar. Please do not ask. All Purchasers should check all relevant laws applicable to the Area/State/Country they live in, relating to the use of the service contained within these pages - as we cannot take any responsibility in relation to improper use of our service which may be considered ILLEGAL.

In general, it is VERY important that you provide us with the correct details of your phone. Please double check the IMEI number before you submit the code order. Make sure the carrier/network is the one which the phone is locked to, not the one you want to use it with. Please also make sure you give us the correct phone model.

If any of the three details are incorrect (1. IMEI number, 2. Network/Carrier, 3. Phone Model) it could lead to an incorrect code calculation. If you try repeatedly to key in an incorrect code you will lock the counter in the phone. The only way the phone can be unlocked then would be through cable/hardware clip solution, the codes will NOT work on it anymore.

REFUNDS:
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide correct data. No refund will be given for incorrect data supplied. However, we may choose to re-generate codes if a genuine mistake has been made. No claims will be accepted in case incorrect data is provided to us. Please check and retain before sending data to us.
This is the 100% safe method for unlocking phones, any refund is at the explicit discretion of the management. Any decision made is final. We do not operate a try before you buy policy.

Please check that your phone is physically capable of using the carrier/ network you want to unlock it for. For example, some US/Canadian phones like the 8390 will not work in other parts of the world. We cannot issue a refund if you cannot use a certain carrier/network once your phone is unlocked.

Do not submit details of blacklisted phones. We are referring to phones which have been blocked by a network. This could be for non payment of the bill, or because it has been reported lost or stolen. If your phone turns out to be barred once it has been unlocked, we CANNOT issue a refund and will not be held liable.
