Please check your spam/bulk/junk folder before emailing us as to why you have not received your user-name and password to enable you to access our unlock server @ www.imeicodes.co.uk/codes.php and request your code. Also check your spam/bulk/junk folder before emailing us regarding your unlock codes as they may of already been sent to you. Accepted Methods of Payment: We except Paypal and Nochex. Our account will show as A1UNLOCKING on your Debit/Credit statement. Card payments can be made, (there is no need to sign up for a Paypal or Nochex account) using any of the following methods:-

Waiting Times For Remote Server Unlock Codes Via IMEI: Please try to be patient while your unlock code is processed. Your code and input instructions will be emailed to you as soon as possible. Please do not contact us to speed this process up, as we cannot affect waiting times. Returns Policy: We provide this service based on the details submitted by the customer. No refunds are given on this service unless the codes are not found in our database. Credits/logs are not transferable, we do not offer refunds in any circumstances for the credits/logs you purchase. Once codes are requested and the status is changed to "pending", they cannot be cancelled! We do not take responsibility if a phones sim lock counter is blocked (wrong codes entered to many times), this is your own responsibility to check it before submitting the IMEI to our database. It is your responsibility to submit the correct handset type and IMEI number, if you submit the wrong IMEI number and we give you a code; you will not be refunded. Do not submit details of blacklisted phones, we are referring to phones which have been blocked by a network. This could be for non payment of the bill, or because it has been reported lost or stolen. If your phone turns out to be barred once it has been unlocked, we CANNOT issue a refund and will not be held liable. If for any reason the codes are not located in our database then we will issue a full refund via the original payment method. Fraud: A1 Unlocking.co.uk will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities.
